Doing those two projects was very exhausting and time consuming; I literally spent quite a few sleepless nights just coding and coding and headbashing and coding, all because of my incompetence with CSS. It's because I repeatedly skipped the assigned readings of my class's CSS textbook that I was so clueless about everything and had to figure out how to do things on the spot. The W3 schools website was extremely helpful to me, and definitely faaaar more helpful than my silly textbook turned out to be. Honestly, I think about 50% of the textbook is just the author rambling about stupid, irrelevant stuff, or chirping "Don't be scared of CSS! It's fun!" every other page.
Anyway, I'm glad that that phase is over. It feels nice to just be able to play games, nap, and generally relax during such an otherwise busy semester. I sense another onslaught of stress, deadlines, and sleepless nights approaching, but I think I just need to be a little more mindful of time management from now on... hopefully.
Oh yeah, I really wanted to blog about my birthday that happened a few days ago (March 2nd), since I have a bunch of pictures of the delicious foooooods that we ate that day, but I'm really tired right now and I want to make that post well written and good, so I'll save that for another day, I guess. Goodnight for now!
